Yesterday, Wednesday December 29, Dododedovo airport served nearly 700 flights, including 341 inbound and 322 outbound. Today the Moscow airport shall serve 401 flight.
Of the inbound flights served yesterday there were 179 international and 162 domestic flights served. The inbound flights comprised 167 international and 165 domestic.
In the morning of 30 December, the airport served 96 inbound more flights including 43 international and 52 domestic. Furthermore, there were 105 outbound flights comprising 54 international and 51 domestic.
Besides, two airplanes landed in Domodedovo although they were originally bound for Vnukovo but diverted.
The airport says it has overcome consequences of the electricity blackout that occurred in the morning of Sunday, December 26.
Domodedovo is Russia’s largest airport with its share of all passenger traffic in the Moscow air knot amounting to 46%. Last year the airport served 18.7 million passengers.
