S7 Engineering and Domodedovo Technik merge

S7 Engineering general director Eugeny Kochetov confirmed the fact that his organization will merge with Domodedovo Technik, following recent acquisition of the latter company by S7 Group.

«I has been instructed to merge the two companies», Kochetkov said. Employees of Domodedovo Technik are asked to apply for jobs in S7 Engineering. «We will not layoff people. Instead, we are offering them work in our company. Eventually, there will be only one MRO specialist on our site in Domodedovo», he commented.

Today, S7 Engineering and Domodedovo Technik do similar work, being MRO specialists with approvals for maintenance on Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Both have main bases in Moscow Domodedovo airport.
