S7 Group has completed the merger of Siberia Airlines (S7 Airlines) and Globus. This was reported by the press service of the company.
“At the moment, the association of the airlines has been completed. It has gone through the transfer of the fleet from the certificate of the Globus operator to the certificate of Siberia (S7 Airlines),” as told by the press service.
As for the Globus airline operator’s certificate, documents have already been submitted to the Federal Air Transport Agency to suspend its operation.
