The start of mass production of the MC-21-300 is scheduled for 2021, by 2025 the Irkut Corporation plans to enter the production of 72 aircraft per year. The first operator of the aircraft will be Aeroflot airline, which ordered 50 such airliners with an option for another 35 aircraft.
