A helicopter crashed in the Russian southern region of Astrakhan on Friday, killing one person, a source with the emergency services told TASS.
"One person died," he said.
“Preliminary information about the wrecked aircraft: a Robinson helicopter owned by Aerosoyuz Volgograd LLC. According to preliminary information, there was only one pilot in the helicopter, ” a representative of the regional Ministry of Emergencies said to RIA Novosti.
Earlier, EMERCOM of Russia received information about a helicopter crash in the area of the village of Lineynoe.
