VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation and Aernnova Aerospace, S.A.U. signed an extended cooperation agreement

VSMPO-AVISMA and Aernnova Aerospace, S.A.U. have reached an agreement on technical and commercial aspects and practical arrangements related to the new package of titanium die forgings to produce A350-1000 Horizontal Tail Plane.

It has been also agreed to extend the current agreement which covers supply of die forgings for the same assembly for A350-900. During negotiations the parties proactively agreed to extend the current package of work to include additional part numbers in the form of hand and die forgings for A350-1000 MLGB Bulkhead.

This reached agreement will be valid till 2020 and is viewed by both companies as an important step for further development of mutually beneficial relationship.

Aernnova participate in 25 Programs for 14 Customers, including Airbus, Embraer, Bombardier, Boeing, AgustaWestland, Sikorsky, Beechcraft.
