S7 Airlines, member of oneworld global alliance, won an award for the best loyalty program (S7 Priority) at Loyalty Awards 2014, the carrier’s press-service reports.
The award for achievements in the areas of marketing and loyalty established by LoyaltyMarketing.ru website was presented for the first time this year. «We are glad that the jury appreciated our work. We have been working hard on development of this program in 2014. New capabilities allowing the S7 Priority members to earn miles and get reward tickets easier were introduced. In particular, we are the first Russian airline to allow our passengers to purchase additional miles required to get a reward. There is also a possibility to transfer miles from one account to another. We are grateful to our frequent flyers and we are doing our best to make the program even more convenient», - head of Directorate of the loyalty program development of S7 Airlines, Natalia Nikolaeva, said.
S7 Priority is the frequent flyer program with over 900,000 members established in 2008. The members may collect miles for flights with S7 Airlines or its oneworld partner airlines. They may also earn miles by using services provided by partners of the program. The miles can be spent on reward tickets for flights performed by S7 or its partner airlines and cabin upgrades (you can upgrade from economy class to business class) on S7 flights. New members of S7 Priority program can also earn miles for flights performed up to six month before the registration.
