The first Be-200 assembled in Taganrog will be delivered to the customer by Beriev Aircraft Company (part of United Aircraft Corporation) this year. This is one of 12 aircraft of the type to be delivered to EMERCOM of Russia and Russian Ministry of Defense, press-service of UAC reports.
"We plan to increase our output next year – we will deliver three Be-200s to EMERCOM and the Ministry of Defense", - Mikhail Pogosyan said.
Implementation of contracts for production and overhaul of the aircraft will allow Beriev Aircraft Company to increase its revenues from 2 to 8,5 billion rubles, the president of UAC, Mikhail Pogosyan, noted.
Speaking of personnel policy, CEO of Beriev Aircraft Company, Igor Garivadsky, noted that thanks to increase of the enterprise’s workload, the salary of its employees would be increased by 30%.
This year the enterprise started recruiting new employees. In cooperation with Taganrog College named after V.M. Petlyakov the enterprise is implementing a project aimed at provision of dual education for fitters/riveters. Federal and regional budgets will allocate about 3 million rubles for purchasing training equipment; the enterprise will also allocate additional funds for the project. This project will allow training of high-skilled personnel having skills required by the enterprise.
