S7 Airlines, member of oneworld global alliance, will start performing regular flights from Irkutsk to Seoul on June 25th 2014, the carrier’s press-service reports.
The flights will be performed once a week – on Wednesdays. The flight will depart from Irkutsk at 05:45 and arrive in Seoul at 09:45. The return flight will depart at 11:15 and arrive in Irkutsk at 15:30. The advanced comfortable Airbus A320 liners featuring a two-class cabin layout seating 158 passengers will be operated on this route. The tickets are already available.
«The new international route from Irkutsk was opened in the network of step-by-step development of the route network of S7 Airlines in Siberia and Far East. We are resuming flights to South Korea after a 5-year break; we will start performing flights to Seoul from other Russian cities soon», - Strategic Development Director of S7 Airlines, Vadim Besperstov, noted.
Since the beginning of this year citizens of Russian Federation do not need visa to visit South Korea provided that their stay in the country will last 60 days or less.
