The State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) has signed a leasing agreement with Tatarstan Airlines for a period of 10 years. 15 Cessna 208В Grand Caravan aircraft will be delivered to the carrier in the network of the agreement, press-service of STLC reports.
This large contract was preceded by an agreement of intent signed by the companies in mid-February. The aircraft will be delivered in the network of government decree №1212, assuming subsidization of some part of lease payments.
«The first three 208В aircraft will be delivered to the carrier in March and another three ones will be delivered in April. The rest nine aircraft will be delivered in Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX configuration – these aircraft are equipped with more powerful PT6A-140 engine. All the aircraft should be delivered to the customer in 2013», - said in the company’s statement.
