S7 Airlines, member of oneworld global alliance, celebrates the fifth anniversary of S7 Priority Frequent Flyer Program. At present over 850 thousand passengers are taking part in S7 Priority program, the carrier’s press-service reports.

"On the eve of the anniversary the company concluded the special offer, which lasted from July 5th to December 5th 2013. Each participant, who managed to meet the conditions of the special offer, received one of five gifts: 5 status segments, 5000 bonus miles, 50% discount on an invitational ticket to S7 business lounges, free upgrade to business class or 100% discount on the first year of servicing of your co-branded S7 Priority bank card", - S7 noted.

Almost 42 thousand passengers took part in the event (they performed over 116 thousand flights). Over 8 thousand participants met the conditions of the special offer and received their gifts: the youngest one of them is 12 years old and the oldest one is 81 years old. The most active participant of the event performed 76 flights in five months despite the fact that 5 flights were enough to win.

"S7 Airlines continues to develop its frequent flyer program in order to offer more capabilities and privileges to the members of S7 Priority. The members of the program are able to earn bonus miles and exchange them for reward flights of the following airlines – airberlin, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways and Royal Jordanian, along with 20 affiliated carriers. The owners of top tiers get the access to 550 comfortable lounges at the airports all over the world and a number of other privileges, including extra baggage allowance and priority boarding and first-class check-in", - S7 noted.
