Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (SCAC) intends to invite up to 2.5 billion rubles by means of additional share issue in favor of its shareholders, Prime reports.
The shareholders of SCAC are Sukhoi Holding Company (75% minus 1 share) and Alenia Aeronautica’s subsidiary - World's Wing SA (25% plus 1 share).
"The meeting of shareholders has approved the decision on increase of share capital of SCAC by means of additional share issue using private offering method between Sukhoi Holding Company and World's Wing SA", - said in the SCAC’s statement.
SCAC intends to place 34,275 additional shares with a nominal value of 1000 rubles. At that, the placing price will be 73 996 rubles per share. Thus, SCAC may invite up to 2.5 billion rubles.
Sukhoi Holding Company is supposed to purchase 25 706 shares, while World's Wing SA should purchase 8569 ones, SCAC reports. Hence, the shareholders will purchase the shares proportionally to their interests.
The meeting of shareholders has also approved amendments to the charter of SCAC related to the additional share issue.
