Federal Air Transport Agency has unveiled the statistics on passenger and cargo traffic of Russian airlines in 2012. 
 
According to this statistics, the passenger turnover of the airlines during the accounting period was 195 665 719,22 thousand passenger-kilometers, (+17,3% as compared to the last year). The cargo turnover was 5 058 011,69 thousand ton-kilometers (+2,2%).
 
According to the Federal Air Transport Agency, Russian carriers have transported 74 015 852 passengers in 2012 (+15.4% as compared to 2011). The scope of transported cargo and mail was 997 569,81 tons (+1.6%). The passenger load factor has remained at 78.3% mark and the commercial load factor was 65.5%.
