One of the female passengers of Transaero flight number 103 Moscow – Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk has delivered a child at 11:10, the press-service of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport reports. AEX.ru

The crew has reported that parturition has started onboard of the aircraft to the control center of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport. All the necessary services have been warned immediately.

The aircraft has landed at Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk airport on 12:28 local time. The jet with the parturient woman has been expected by the employees of airport’s health unit and the city ambulance. After the professional medical inspection, the mother and child have been transported to the ambulance using a lift truck and delivered to the local maternity hospital.

It is the fourth child for 45-years old Aygul Kochorovoy.

One of the passengers, Makhortova Zoya Ivanovna, was a nurse-midwife. She and Transaero’s flight attendants have helped Aygul to deliver the child.
